Club History
Our group began in the 1990s as the Columbia Fencing Academy under the careful tutelage of Dr. Patrick Peritore. A professor of political science at the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO.
Several years ago, Dr. Peritore retired and handed over the teaching reins to our current instructor, Patrick Morgan, Esq. As of this writing, our membership numbers nearly a dozen regular fencers with varying degrees of skill, from advanced fencers to newcomers.
